E-Bike route description

E-Bike Route to Moclinejo: discover wine, white villages, and coastal beauty of Andalusia

This cycling route takes you to Moclinejo, a charming white village in the Axarquía region, renowned for its wine production. The e-bike route offers the perfect blend of coastal views and unique landscapes, including an optional visit to the winery Bodega DIMOBE, a well-known local winery.

Start your journey on the N-340, heading east from Málaga. You have two options: follow the dedicated bike path along Málaga’s beach promenade or take the bicycle-priority right lane of the N-340. After passing El Candado Marina and leaving Málaga behind, you'll discover a car-free hiking and cycling path—perfect for a relaxed ride along the coast.

Continue along the coastline until you reach Rincón de la Victoria. From there, join the MA-3119, which will take you uphill to Moclinejo. This section of the journey involves a climb, but your e-bike will make it manageable, rewarding you with stunning views of the landscape as you ascend.

In Moclinejo, take your time to explore the narrow streets and traditional white-washed houses. Don’t miss a visit to Bodega DIMOBE to learn about local wine production and perhaps enjoy a tasting.

For the return trip, retrace your route back to Málaga, enjoying a mostly downhill ride with beautiful coastal scenery.

This route offers a perfect combination of coastal riding, a moderate climb to an inland village, and an opportunity to experience the region's wine heritage.
