Since we started our professional cycling adventure in Malaga in 2007, we have gained a wide experience in the cycling world. From self organized cycling trips in Andalusia to several weeks-long bike journeys across Europe, we have participated as providers of bikes, guides, car supporters, picnic-makers, motivators, mechanics and as good companions. We cooperate with several bike travel companies from all over the world (Germany, USA, New Zealand, France, The Netherlands, Austria, Canada – just to name few).

Desde que nuestra aventura en el mundo del ciclismo profesional comenzara en Málaga en 2007, hemos ganado una amplia experiencia en el mundo ciclista. Desde viajes autogestionados a viajes de muchas semanas a lo largo de Europa, hemos trabajado como proveedores de bicicletas, guías, logística, catering, motivadores deportivos, mecánicos y staff para numerosas agencias de viaje de todo el mundo (Alemania, USA, Nueva Zelanda, Francia, Austria, Holanda o Canadá -sólo por mencionar algunas- ).

Bike tour to highest point in Malaga

This is a must do if you enjoy biking and are visiting Malaga. It is a 40 km ride with about 1000 m elevation gain. With their wonderful, top of the line E-Bike, the ride is enjoyable and surprisingly not so tiring at all. I highly recommend this tour. It is a must if you visit Malaga. Road biking tour

I had two separate days with bike2malaga road biking tours and loved them both. I went biking with Ricardo and I can definitely describe it as an amazing experience. Ricardo is a great person with lots of love for road biking and the area around Malaga. Riding their rental bike which was prepared spotlessly I felt comfortable and safe. Ricardo is a great guide who made me feel confident riding around him and who even knows where to take you for a great local coffee and pastry. Awesome guided ride with great rental bike

I rented a 29er full suspension bike that was in great condition and fun to ride. Eduardo took me out and showed me some great trails close to Malaga. We bombed them fast and had a great time. Eduardo is a great guy, great rider and easy to talk to as well. The only limit to the ride was my endurance. He had plenty of endurance to spare. I will go back to them if I go back to Malaga. The people in the shop were also very friendly and helpful with many things.

A most memorable day!

We so loved our bike tour! Malaga is surrounded by mountains, so it is perfect place to set out on a climb of any length. We did the easiest one, which was eminently doable, even for the inexperienced. Highly recommended. And since it takes about 10% of the time to go down as it did to go up, we found ourselves with some extra time at the end of the route. We spent that time bumming around the city. Our guide happened to be versed in street art, so he took us through Soho, showing us the Shepard Fairey's, etc. All in all a perfect day, and the highlight of our visit to Portugal and Spain.

As on my previous visit to a city in Andalusia, I signed up for a bike tour on my second day – as a great way to get a feel for the historical part of the city. The tour had 5 others signed up – a very manageable group – even with a young teenage girl who did very well. The tour lived up to my expectations in terms of getting a feel for the city – but I was incredibly impressed with our guide – Tom. I learnt so much about Malaga – past, present and future – from this exceptional guide.

Guided MTB tours in the surroundings of Malaga

We are experienced bikers willing to clim 800 to 1200 hm with tours at 4 to 6 hours per day. We appreciate gravel roads and forest paths and we want to earn our downhill experience by honest and hard working. With Bike2Malaga we found exactly what we were looking for. Our guides Flo and Monty were passionated bikers and very service-minded. So looking back to our last seven bike adventures in Europe, Malaga was one of the top rated spots thanks to Flo and Monty and the fantastic weather conditions of course.
