Job description:
- Renting bikes at our bike shop and delivering bikes to hotels / accommodations of clients
- Booking Management based on our booking system
- Customer Communication
- Maintenance of our rental bike fleet: Road bikes with disc brakes, Road bikes with rim brakes, MTBs, E-Bikes with Bosch Motors
- Going on longer tours with our clients
Requirements:
- Passion for cycling
- Speaking 2 languages, ENGLISH is a must (DUTCH, GERMAN, SPANISH is more than welcome)
- Experience & Knowledge of cycling specific products
- Basic IT knowledge to be able to work with our booking system
- Valid driving license
- Flexibility, Patience, Team Player
- Good knowledge of cycling areas in Malaga, Province and Andalusia
